Vidoris is the healthcare technology business of Ositech Communications Inc., an Ontario based Canadian technology company established in 1989.

Building on Ositech's decades of engineering expertise and experience developing technology for the healthcare industry, Vidoris is focused on creating innovative, AI-powered solutions that help healthcare professionals deliver streamlined, more efficient, and more proactive patient care.

Our flagship product, Foresia, is an AI-assisted clinical intelligence platform designed to help care teams anticipate patient deterioration and optimize rapid-response workflows. By enabling earlier intervention and more coordinated care, it helps nurses recognize patient deterioration and activate the appropriate response: a Pre-Rapid Response (PRRES) or Rapid Response Team (RRT).
